Modern Yukon

• Signed the Peel Watershed land use plan
• Championed the MMIWG2S+ strategy here in the Yukon
• Re-invigorated the Yukon Forum
• Strengthened relations with First Nations and Municipalities
• Made it illegal to discriminate against gender identity and expression
• Banned conversion therapy
• Built the new French language secondary school

• Implementing a climate + energy + green economy strategy
• Reduce GHG emissions 30% by 2030

• Eliminated the small business tax; reduced the corporate tax rate

• Created a Yukon tourism strategy which will help us rebuild the industry

• Built 350+ affordable housing units
• Released nearly 500+ lots
• Certified the Mayo airport
• Paved the Dawson City Airport runway
• Rebuilt the Ross River suspension bridge
• Building a new community centre in Old Crow
• Transformed the Gateway to support highways to our communities
• Eliminated daylight savings
• Ministers made 450+ community visits

Healthier, Happier Lives

• Implementing universal early learning childcare
• Moving to a people-centred health reform
• Extended Family Care keeping children in their home communities
• Yukon University
• Built four new mental wellness and substance use hubs
• Reduced pressure on hospital beds through the Home First program
• Permanent funded American Sign Language
• Expanded PTSD coverage to first responders
• Find a Family Doctor program
• Supported aging in place

Government for the people

• Established National Aboriginal Day as a statutory holiday
• Carbon price rebate to Yukoners
• Built a five-year capital plan
• New Access to Information and Protection of Privacy (ATIPP) Act
