Whitehorse – The Nomination Meeting to select the Yukon Liberal candidate in Whitehorse West has been set for April 19^th, 2016.

The meeting will be held at 7 PM at the Mount McIntyre Recreation Centre.

To be eligible to vote at the nomination meeting, voters must reside in the riding of Whitehorse West and either:

• Be members of the Yukon Liberal Party who submitted their membership forms prior to April 12^th at 7:00 PM, or

• Be immediate past members of the Yukon Liberal Party whose membership expired after April 19th, 2015 and renew their memberships at any time up to the start of the meeting.

The meeting room will be open at 6 PM, 1 hour prior to the start of the meeting, to allow immediate past members to renew their memberships.

Ramesh Ferris and Richard Mostyn have announced their intentions to seek the nomination.  Nominations remain open until April 17^th.  Anyone interested in seeking the nomination should contact [email protected]
