Hi, I’m Lael Lund.

I’m running to be your MLA for Watson Lake–Ross River–Faro.

I’m a third-generation Watson Laker, raised with entrepreneurship, community service, and a deep respect for Yukon First Nations. I’ve lived in Watson Lake and Upper Liard, and worked closely with First Nations governments, businesses, and non-profits across the region. I’m energized by our new riding—it’s a chance to strengthen partnerships, advocate for meaningful change, and build progress that brings communities together.

With an MBA in Community Economic Development and over 20 years of experience as a tourism leader, business advisor, and strategist, I’m running to give back to the region that shaped me—by amplifying community voices and moving shared priorities forward.

I’m ready to bring practical, forward-thinking leadership to our community, to be a strong, collective voice for Southeast Yukon—one that reflects our priorities and drives real results.
